SPICE FARM
This project targets at using food waste with the resources available in the environment. To further use the food waste and give it back to the society
The former House Mill building located in East London is surrounded by residential areas that include houses, schools, universities, retail, etc. The House Mill is also surrounded by a lot of natural resources such as the river. The secondary purpose behind designing the Spice Farm and restaurant is to cater to the needs of migrants from South Asian countries.

The fundamental purpose of the program is to design projects that recycle food waste without endangering the environment and give back to its main source and hence forming a circular economy.
